Community Guidelines

• Anything that is illegal to buy or sell in Pakistan.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives and their parts.
• Drugs and other intoxicants, and alcohol.
• Prescription medicines without a prescription. Pharmacies hand these over only against a valid prescription, as the law requires. Tobacco and nicotine products must not be sold to anyone under 18.
• Counterfeit or fake-brand goods, stolen goods and smuggled goods.
• Sexual or pornographic content, and anything inappropriate involving children.
• Content that insults or spreads hatred against any religion, sect, ethnicity or community.
• Threats, harassment, or another person's private information.
• Gambling, lotteries, and get-rich-quick or investment schemes.
• Deception: fake shops, pretending to be another shop or brand, photos or prices that don't match the real product, or products you don't actually have.
• Other people's photos or logos used without permission.

• Don't place fake or joke orders.
• Shopkeepers use a customer's number and address only for that order: not for promotional messages, adding them to groups or passing them on.
• No abuse or harassment by phone, on WhatsApp or in order notes.

1. Open the shop or product in the app.
2. Tap the ⋯ button, then Report shop or Report product.
3. Choose a reason and, if you like, add a short note.

Sellers can report a customer who has ordered from or saved their shop: in Customers, open the customer's page, tap ⋯, then Report customer.

You can also report by email to abidrazakotla@gmail.com. Include the shop link and what is wrong. No one you report is told who reported them.

If someone's life or safety is in immediate danger, call the police on 15 first.

To block a shop, open its page, tap the ⋯ button, then Block shop. A blocked shop no longer appears in your search results and lists, and is removed from your saved shops. You can unblock it at any time under Settings › Account › Blocked shops.

Sellers can block a customer: in Customers, open the customer's page, tap ⋯, then Block customer. They can no longer order from your shop. You can unblock them from the same page.

We review every report within 24 hours. If something breaks these rules, we:

• remove the product, photo or text concerned;
• hide the shop, or suspend or close the account, for serious or repeated breaches;
• report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires it.

A shop or account we take action against is told what was removed and why. If you think we got it wrong, write to abidrazakotla@gmail.com and we will look again.
