Delete your account

You can delete your Dukandar360 account at any time, yourself in the app or by emailing us.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Dukandar360 and sign in with the mobile number on the account.
  2. Go to Settings › Account › Delete account.
  3. Read what will happen and confirm.

The account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Ask us by email

If you can't get into the app, for example because you lost your phone or SIM, write to abidrazakotla@gmail.com. Give the mobile number on the account and, if you have a shop, its link.

Before deleting anything we will check that the number is yours. Once that is done, we delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. Never send anyone your verification code, not even us.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, mobile number and city, and sign-in with that number.
  • If you have a shop: all its details, its link, products, categories, every photo, logo and cover, its phone and WhatsApp numbers, address and map location, and its views and statistics.
  • Your saved shops, the shops you blocked and, if you have a shop, the customers it blocked.

What is kept

Orders between you and someone else are kept for the other person's records as anonymised order records. Your name, mobile number, delivery address and note are removed from them. The order number, items, prices, total, date and status remain.

  • If you are a customer, the shop still sees the order but not who placed it.
  • If you are a seller, your customers still see the shop name and order details in their history.

Reports made by you or about you, or about your shop or products, are kept for moderation and legal reasons. This includes the copy of what was reported at the time, such as a shop's name, description and photo links. Your identity is removed from reports you made.

Records of which shops you viewed in the app (your account, the shop and the day) are deleted automatically within 7 days.

Technical logs and backup copies are removed when their normal period runs out. Anything the law requires us to keep is kept only to that extent. The Privacy Policy has more detail.

Before you delete

  • Finish or cancel any open orders.
  • Your shop link stops working immediately, and printed QR codes will no longer open your shop.
  • Deleting can't be undone. You can sign up again with the same number, but it will be a new account and someone else may take your old shop link.
