This policy explains what the Dukandar360 app and the website dukandar360.com keep about you, why, and who can see it. It describes what the app actually does, nothing more.
1Who we are
Dukandar360 is run by [To fill in: Legal name of the person or business that runs Dukandar360], based in [To fill in: City and province where the operator is based, e.g. Kharian, Punjab], Pakistan ("we" in this policy). 2What we collect

What we don't collect. The app has no advertising, analytics or tracking tools. It does not read your contacts, use the microphone or browse your photo library; it only receives the photos you choose. There are no card or bank payments in the app, so we hold no payment details.
On your phone. The app keeps your sign-in, language, cart and settings on your device. Signing out or removing the app clears them.
3How we use it
- To run accounts, shops and orders.
- To verify your mobile number with a code sent on WhatsApp.
- To let a shop and a customer reach each other about an order.
- To show shops near you and how far they are.
- To show sellers numbers about their shop: views, orders and sales.
- To hide shops you block and stop blocked customers from ordering.
- To review reports, prevent misuse and keep the service secure.
- To answer your questions and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your data, build advertising profiles or track you across other apps and websites.
5This website
The website has no analytics or advertising. It sets one cookie, lang, to remember the language you chose. Shop pages show only a shop's public details and never the seller's phone number.
6How long we keep it
- Account, shop, products and photos: for as long as your account exists.
- When you delete your account, your profile, shop, products, photos, saved shops and blocks are deleted. Orders between you and someone else stay in their records, with your name, number and address removed.
- Shop view records (your account, the shop and the day): up to 7 days, then deleted automatically. This also applies after you delete your account. Shops keep only the daily totals.
- Reports and the copy of what was reported are kept after an account or shop is deleted, for moderation and legal reasons. If you made the report, your identity is removed from it when you delete your account.
- Technical logs: for our providers' set log period, then deleted automatically.
- Backup copies may remain until they are replaced in the normal backup cycle.
- Support emails: for as long as needed to sort out your request.
7Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app under Settings › Account › Delete account, or by emailing abidrazakotla@gmail.com. The account deletion page explains what is removed and what is kept.
8Your choices and rights
- Change your profile and shop details yourself in the app.
- Ask for a copy of your data, to correct something that is wrong, or to delete it.
- Turn off location, camera and photo access in your phone's settings at any time. The rest of the app keeps working.
Send requests to abidrazakotla@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. If you live outside Pakistan, your local law may give you further rights, such as objecting to some processing or complaining to a data protection authority.
9Security
Everything travels over HTTPS. Rules in the database decide who can see and change what: people only see their own profile, their own orders and their own saved shops, and only a shop's owner can change it. Reports can be read only by Dukandar360 moderators. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable care.
10Children
Dukandar360 is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has made an account, tell us at abidrazakotla@gmail.com and we will delete it.
11Where data is stored
Data is stored with Supabase in this region: [To fill in: Supabase project region, e.g. Asia Pacific (Mumbai)]. This may be outside Pakistan.
12Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. We will also tell you in the app about important changes.
