Terms of Use

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• To open a shop you must be at least 18 and legally allowed to sell the things you list.
• You give accurate information about yourself and your shop. Each account can have one shop.

You sign in with your mobile number and a code sent on WhatsApp. Never share the code: we will never ask you for it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If your number passes to someone else, tell us straight away at abidrazakotla@gmail.com.

Dukandar360 is a platform that connects shops and customers. A sale is an agreement between the customer and the shop. We don't sell anything, deliver anything or take payment.

• Each shop is responsible for its products, prices, quality, delivery and every legal requirement that applies to it, such as licences and prescriptions for medicines.
• Prices and the total are fixed when the order is placed. A shop can confirm or cancel an order.
• A customer can cancel an order only until the shop confirms it.
• Sort out problems with an order with the shop first. Contact us if you need help.

Customers pay the shop directly, in cash on delivery or at the shop. No payment happens in the app. Dukandar360 is free at the moment. If we introduce a paid plan for shops, we will tell you beforehand and it will be your choice whether to take it.

Your shop details, products and photos remain yours. You allow us to store, display and copy them as needed to run the service, including in the app, on your shop's page on this website, and through your shop link and QR code. This permission ends when you delete your account.

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos and text you add, and that they follow the Community Guidelines.

• Sell or show anything illegal, or anything the Community Guidelines don't allow.
• Pretend to be another shop, person or brand.
• Place fake orders, or harass customers or shopkeepers.
• Use someone's number or address from an order for anything other than that order.
• Interfere with the service, collect data from it by automated means, or try to get into other accounts.

If content or an account breaks these terms or the guidelines, we may remove the content, hide the shop, or suspend or close the account. How to report, and what happens after a report, is explained in the Community Guidelines.

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings › Account › Delete account. See the account deletion page for details.

We work hard to keep the service running well, but it is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available without interruption, and we don't guarantee the products, prices or delivery of any shop.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or disputes between people using Dukandar360. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If you got the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms apply as well. We, not Apple or Google, are responsible for the app and its support. For downloads from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, and Apple may enforce these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes go to the courts of [To fill in: City and province where the operator is based, e.g. Kharian, Punjab], unless the law gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
